WHAT IS MANUAL THERAPY-TREATMENT?

Manual therapy means a therapy - treatment performed by hand. It is the treatment of pain and dysfunctions in the spine, muscles and joints with some special maneuvers and movements performed only by hand. The application techniques of manual therapy are passive movements that are applied to the joints or the soft tissues in contact and require manual skills.

WHAT IS MEDICAL MASSAGE?

Medical massage, in general terms, is a method that produces deep anatomical, physiological and functional effects with systematic and specific mechanical energy applied to the surface of the organism for the rehabilitation of a sick or tired organ, that is, for its return to its previous state. The applications are made by adhering to physiological, physiopathological, anatomical and therapeutic rules. Medical Massage improves the patient's quality of life in all diseases (except for cases where massage is harmful).

WHAT IS POSTUROLOGY?

Poor posture means poor posture. Detection of posture disorder is provided by posture wheel analysis. Posture disorder is encountered in office workers, especially desk workers, at an early age.

SHORT BIOGRAPHY

 He graduated from the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Faculty of Medicine, Varna University, Bulgaria, in 2010. He received his master's degree in National Manual Medicine. He completed his studies as a student of Prof. Dr. Todor Todorov. Between 2008 and 2011, he served as the head of sports traumas and treatments of Varna PFC CHERNO MORE football club. He worked as a Manual Medicine and FTR specialist in various institutions in Istanbul between 2012 and 2013. He has been working as a Manual Medicine and FTR specialist at Istanbul Memorial Wellness Zorlu Center since 2014. He works as a trainer and translator.
